The orange color of the jumpsuit still tied around around his waist clashed horribly with the matching blues tied around Dana and Kelly's own waists, two fingers absent mindedly toying with the new scar on his left cheek as he quietly stared out the window from his place in the backseat. It was hot, probably hitting somewhere around three in the afternoon by now, and they had been driving for hours in complete silence. There was a lot of questions he wanted to ask, one in particular burning his tongue with the need to leave his mouth, but for once he would wait.. everything could wait.. there would be something more important then answers wai
"You shouldn't be up" he commented quietly, knowing who it was that was trying to creep up behind him without even having to spare a glance from the vegetables he was chopping up on a cutting board that worn with age and coated in scratches from the blades that were used on it so often.
"I wanted to see you" bare toes bumped against heels as his shuffling feet made it to their destination, hairs tickled each other as one pair of arms brush past another intent on wrapping around the chest in a quick embrace before sliding down to hang around the waist.
"You could've called" the tone was of concern even though there was a small spread across
It felt like he had been sitting there for years, just waiting, watching carefully for any signs of movements other then the shallow rise and fall of the blanket every time the body laying on the bed drew in another breath. He nearly jumped out his skin when the paled, scarred, hand held tightly between his own suddenly moved returning the hold with a weak grip it's own as closed eyelids fluttered open. The stained sheets gave a soft whisper as the occupant of the bed tried to move, at first his whole body, then just his head pain clouded eyes locking with the exhausted ones that were staring down at him from his bedside.

The doctor dropped down to his knees, quickly reaching out to grab the hand of the one friend he had left in this world. The hand was small, slender, fitting easily into both of his as he held onto it tightly. His head tilted up and there was a hint of panic in the man's eyes, her skin was so cold, but at least he could feel it.. feel her... feel the panic...he was here, he was here and... and he was alive. So very alive and so very scared, more scared then he'd ever been in his life, and it was all because of her. The one woman that had made his life worth living for so long, the only thing he would've possibly cheated death for...
"Evelyn"
"Nick! watch out!"
The con man turned around just in time to see the jet fly past, the bomb fall from the sky, getting dangerously closer and closer.
"Nick sweetie move!"
The screams of his friend's reached his ears but he was frozen eyes trained on the falling object. Something telling him that it was too close that he was in a dangerous spot and needed to move. He shut his eyes as the impacted happened and the metal exploded not two feet away from him, the ground vibrated and Nick waited to feel the sharpnel dig into his body. He had come so far, changed so much just to have God finally laugh and kill him here, where there was a safehous

Keith was sitting at the kitchen table, one leg propped up on top of the other and his foot wrapped around the right chair leg. His head was tilted back, his eyes closed and his long hair grown out just enough to be able to hang down over the chair, fingers of his right hand drumming against his leg. He'd considered getting up to see what was taking his fiance so damn long when the sudden feel of a presence behind him and a set of arms being draped around him told Keith he didn't have to. Making a sleepy noise of acknowledgment, Keith's free hand reached up to run it's fingers through that mess of black locks. This wasn't the first time Dave
So I forgot to tell all my DA buddies that I got to see the Avengers and even though Loki's swagger threatened to break my brain I still say Mr. Hulk was my favorite.
like fucking seriously. I mean I know not a lot of people play Fallout New Vegas cause the story aint as great as Fallout 3, and our fanbase is fucking tiny, but seriously guys?
SERIOUSLY?!
like no one ships these guys, and it's so painfully obvious something's going on between them.
I've already seen all the fanart, can't find any fics, and I just.. I just...
I NEED MORE.
So I've been going through the gigs and gigs of bullshit and my harddrive lately, and I've found a bunch of fan fics I started but never finished, and probably never will cause I don't like the ideas anymore. I don't want to just... delete them though.. that'd be like saying I never tried to write it in the first place.
What should I do?
